maybe if he gets a cybernetic dick rhys will give him the time of day again c;

vasquez needs to up his game first, next to wilhelm only a cybernetic pinkie is gonna look pretty lame 

thats kind of my beef with it too, but more so from a writer than reader perspective. i don’t mind reading fics with it as much but if i’m writing i usually do a limited perspective kind of for the reasons you said. like a lot of my stories rely on one character not knowing or understanding the other character’s thoughts or feelings, so omniscient would be weird for that in my opinion

I guess it makes more sense in smut when you want to describe both characters feelings, but even then its not my usual go-to perspective
