ooh yes i didn’t even think of casino stuff but that would be fun, rhys trying to catch jack for illegal types of gambling or backdoor operations or something. jack plays with him and strings him along and i’m sure rhys ends up letting jack buy him a drink, thinking if he gets jack drunk he’ll get some secrets out of him but….they end up just sleeping together lol

Please don’t be mad, I started writing a story based on your idea on Wattpad. Um Nisha is Rhys’s boss, friends with Jack and doesn’t have a problem with them hooking up. Instead of them continuing their physical relationship because of attraction or love, I was going to make it that each time they meet they play a game. If Jack wins, they do it and if Rhys wins then Jack turns himself in. Sound okay or you want me to delete it?

Oooh what if hugo is the corrupt police chief hanging off of Jack’s every word and he tries to take the initiative and leads Rhys into danger with a false lead and hes bragging about it and Jack has to go rescue his dumb little detective before he falls into a pit or pisses off a rival gang.

i was feeling vasquez could either be the chief or some underling who just has it out for rhys. but yeah i figure either way he would plant information to lead rhys into trouble and get him trapped in a dangerous situation. and jack has to figure out wtf happened to rhys and go in and bail him out…

Honestly for Mob Jack and Detective Rhys I’m such a sucker for the “seductive type enters detective office and sensually lights cigar/cigarette often to blow it in the face of the detective” in noir settings. I don’t know how or why Mob Boss Jack would enter Rhys’ office, but maybe that could work somewhere?

well idk how jack would come into rhys’ office but i can think of quite a few scenarios that would end up with rhys coming into jack’s office…rhys investigating or rhys being captured for snooping around and brought in to meet the big boss. but jack is just entertained by this spunky lil dude and blows his fancy cigar smoke in his face
