Imagine one night Jack and Rhys are on Pandora and an Eridian breaks into Rhys’s room and uses some kind of song to keep him calm while they pump him full of eggs. The Eridian says they need to mate because they’ve been carrying their clutch for so long. They’ll come back when they hatch. Jack wakes up to see a heavily pregnant Rhys still dazedly rubbing his huge bump, and he tells Jack what happened. Rhys won’t let Jack get rid of the eggs and won’t stop talking about how amazing they feel.

i always do feel like the eridians are under utilized in bl monster fucking fic….you get the added potential for mindfuck too which i love. i like this idea a lot c: and jack would be frazzled by it all….

Hey I’m trying to find this fic- it’s rhack, and Jack tries to send candies down to a department that royally fucked up- the candies would cause (skags?? I don’t remember)’s eggs to grow in their stomachs and Rio then apart. But Rhys eats them and then Jack helps him get the eggs out bc he doesn’t want Rhys to die. I can’t find it anywhere though, im o sure it was on ao3 but like??? No clue where’s it’s gone

Okay they start as eggs, and they hatch inside him, and he thinks he’s having a miscarriage or something from the pain of his body trying to pass the shells, and he’s like bleeding from it, and he and Jack are terribly heart broken, but then Rhys feels them move a few days or a week later and they’re overjoyed, but Rhys is also weirded out asf about moving babies

oh yes! this is exactly the kind of angst-but-not-really-angst that I like. Rhys would be sad and depressed for a few days thinking he lost his clutch but completely elated when he feels them move again. rushes over to jack and has him feel to confirm he’s not just going crazy. but jack can feel them to, their kits are okay just doing some weird stuff neither of them expected. 

rhys is not used to this at all and definitely gets jack to talk to them and calm them down a lot, but above all he’s just happy they’re ok

Ooooh, now I’m thinking about dragon Rhys laying dragon Jack’s ridiculous huge eggs. He’s like, “ok time for a routine laying, I feel a lil bloated but whatever” and he lays a couple regular size unfertilized eggs but then it’s like “wtf?? why is this suddenly so difficult??” And he’s roaring and thrashing his tail and spitting fire while Jack tries to figure out how to help. Eventually he just has to nuzzle him and murmur encouragements while Rhys strains and pushes

rhys laying eggs on the regular wasn’t something i’d considered but i like it! he’s just so used to it as a routine cycle that to have it suddenly change would probably surprise him. he’d be so pained and pissy and claws at jack’s scales angrily. “i dont know whats going on but im sure its your fault!”

I’m thinking about how if dragon Rhys laid (fertilized)eggs they’d probably be bigger than his normal clutches bc of Jacks size (idk how shit like that works but you know what I mean?)

lol we talked on the discord about how rhys ends up casting a spell that backfires and makes him fertile but he doesnt know it until well…much later lol. but yeah if it was part jack’s clutch it would probably be pretty big. rhys is not all that pleased until jack promises to pamper him and treat him nice
